In my practice, I understand the importance of supporting individuals on their mental health journey. As an experienced health professional and Certified CBT Practitioner , I have worked with a wide range of mental health, youth, disability clients over the years.
I have also successfully raised five young people, helping them navigate life's challenges.

My Approach
What to expect ?
Our first appointment will involve getting to know each other and assessing your initial needs.
From there, you can decide if this approach is right for you and we'll work together for approximately 4-8 sessions either in person or online.
Each session is 1 hour.
You are more than welcome to bring a support person.
