My Background

In my practice, I understand the importance of supporting individuals on their Mental Health journey.
As an experienced Health professional, and registered Physiotherapist. I have worked with a wide range of mental health, youth and disability clients.

I have also successfully raised 5 young people helping them to navigate life challenges.

CBT -is a goal-oriented, collaborative approach to counseling. Together, we will focus on how your thoughts impact your emotions and resulting behaviours to provide you with the tools and strategies to overcome your obstacles.

My Approach
What to expect ?
Our first appointment will involve getting to know each other and assessing your initial needs.

From there, you can decide if this approach is right for you and we'll work together for approximately 4-8 sessions either in person or online.
Each session is 1 hour.
You are more than welcome to bring a support person.
