My Journey
Finding Inspiration in Every Turn
I hold a postgraduate diploma in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy from the University of Canterbury's School of Psychology. As Registered Mental Health Physiotherapist with 25 years of experience, I have worked with diverse populations dealing with neurodevelopmental delays, disabilities, pain, and health issues. Throughout my career, I have identified a gap in the mental health sector for skilled and compassionate therapists with a healthcare background to support individuals and families.
Cognitive Therapy (CBT) effectively addresses this gap by offering evidence-based mental health therapy to adults, children, adolescents, their families.

What is CBT
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is designed assist you in managing overwhelming challenges by breaking them into manageable components. It teaches how to alter negative thought patterns to enhance your emotional well-being. In contrast to other talk therapies, CBT concentrates on addressing your present concerns rather than delving into past issues. The approach seeks practical solutions to elevate your mood on a daily basis.
